Allowances & Pay Rules (NDA / CDS Officers):
1. Uniform (Dress): Officers receive a fixed ₹20,000 per year to cover uniform upkeep and maintenance.
2. Structure: After commissioning, NDA and CDS officers get the same allowances, including DA, HRA or field area benefits, and other service-specific allowances.

NDA Training Salary:
1. NDA Cadet (Phase 1 – Khadakwasla, 3 Years): Cadets do not receive any monthly salary during the first three years. All expenses for training, education, food, accommodation, and uniforms are fully covered by the government.
2. Officer Trainee (Phase 2 – IMA / INA / AFA, 1 Year): In the final year of training, cadets receive a fixed stipend of ₹56,100 per month.
3. Arrears Payment: DA and MSP for the training period are paid as a lump-sum amount after successful commissioning as an officer.
