ITBP Rank Wise Salary 2026: Per Month, Level 3 to 10 & Allowances (8th Pay)

The Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) pays vary by rank, covering Levels 3–10 with a Grade Pay of ₹2,000–₹5,400. The pay scale ranges from ₹21,700 to ₹1,77,500 per month. After adding all allowances, the monthly gross salary is approximately ₹49,000, while the monthly in-hand salary is around ₹45,000. Higher ranks get higher pay. During training, salary is paid with limited allowances as per the rules.
