CGPSC Training (Centre & Period Salary):
During CGPSC probation (usually 3 years), salary is paid as a percentage of the post’s minimum basic pay.
1st Year: 70% of minimum basic pay + allowances
2nd Year: 80% of minimum basic pay + allowances
3rd Year: 90% of minimum basic pay + allowances
4th Years: 100% basic pay + all benefits and allowances
Note: Training starts with 6–12 months of classroom training (often at the Chhattisgarh Academy of Administration, Nimora), followed by field training in districts.
