CISF Salary 2026: Rank Wise Monthly Pay, Level 3 to 10 & Training (8th Pay)

The Central Industrial Security Force pays vary by rank, covering Levels 3–10 with a Grade Pay of ₹2,000–₹5,400. The pay scale starts from ₹21,700 and goes up to ₹1,77,500 per month. After adding all allowances, the monthly gross salary is around ₹49,000, and the in-hand salary is about ₹45,000. Higher ranks get higher pay. During training, limited allowances are given as per the rules.
